Our company ensures the management of all production phases starting from the purchasing of raw material, across all the machining processes up to the delivery of finished-parts. In case of producing complete components we look for the most optimal raw material, perform the requested machining phase – turning, milling, grinding – then the machined parts can be hardened or coated upon request, so the customer gets a complete and mountable component.
During the production Polyax brings the quality control into prominence to avoid the manufacturing of defective components. In the course of storage the finished-parts are defended, they are handled with corrosion protecting materials up to the delivery.
Our factory hall makes possible the following production phases: turning, milling, grinding, induction hardening and hard-chroming. For the sake of simplification of set-up process and to ensure the back-up machines the same type of equipment were purchased, consequently there are available 8 pcs TSUGAMI MORI BH38E(S), 6 pcs Mori Seiki CNC center, 2 pcs Tsugami NP32 and 4 pcs Mori Seiki and Kiwa machining center.
In our grinding factory we have 6 pcs of centered grinding machine which are organized into machine lines and 1 pcs of centerless equipment. With the innovative technology of our vertical and horizontal induction hardening machines complicated tasks can be performed even special technology required hardening commissions, which cannot be solved with traditional methods.
In the well-equipped measuring room our colleagues come in for a share in trainings of the newest technologies accordingly they can keep up with the last changes. At this moment there are available 5 pcs MITUTOYO EURO C APEX 754, which is functioning as CNC coordinate measuring device and can give a help to 3D measuring as well. Additionally there is a MAHR SURF contour-measuring device and a HOMMEL OPTICLINE equipment which can be used for shaft-form components.
